Looking for a roommate:
I currently live in 1 bedroom basement/main level suite that is about 750 sq/f. It comes with a laundry room, 1 bathroom with shower, street parking available, a fairly large sized living room that can be converted into a second bedroom ( there is a door that locks for privacy), and some space for storage. I do have two cats, one has separation anxiety with me so he can be quite loud at times, but it’s not 24/7, would prefer someone to be comfortable with that. Rent would be split, 900$ per month and 1/2 of utilities and 1/2 internet. I would prefer a female roommate in their 20s or 30s but am open to discussing.

I have two cats and a bearded dragon, I’m pretty artistic, love to paint and be creative. I enjoy my privacy but I do enjoy socializing as well. I’m currently 27 and work as a care aid.
