First/last months rent required. Furniture and key deposit required which will be returned at end of lease. Credit score or letter of employment which could demonstrate you can pay the monthly rent. 1 year preferred. How many roommates will I have? 2-3 other male/females that will share the unit with you. They are older, quiet, and keep to themselves.

Is there parking?

No private onsite parking available, but there is street parking. You will need to get a permit if you want to park on the street from the city.

What is the Cleaning schedule?

Each roommate responsible for cleaning up after their own mess - there will be a cleaning schedule. A cleaner will also be coming in once a month to further ensure common areas are clean.

How many people can stay in the room?

Unfortunately this room is only meant for 1 person. You may not have more than 1 person staying in the room.

Are there guests allowed?

Yes you can have guests over if it doesn’t bother the other roommates, but no overnight guests allowed

Is there heating?

Yes there is central heating

Male 1: Works outside of Toronto. Typically returns once every few weeks for a day or two. Rarely around. Quiet and keeps to himself.

Male 2: Older gentleman in his 50s. Friendly, quiet, keeps to himself and watches TV in his room.

Male 3: Younger male on a Canadian Visa. Quiet. Works full time. Keeps to himself.
