A beautiful and spacious, communally-oriented bungalow with 5 bedrooms and large backyard space, located right next to a bus stop and in close proximity to UW. Recently added a 75“ tv, also has a nice gym/meditation room, library, laundry room, and large backyard space.
The bedroom offered is on the ground level with a door to the backyard, has a bathroom just down the hallway, and has its own room heating with digital thermostat.
A quick Google search of “serene bedroom in spacious home” will show the Airbnb profile for another bedroom in this house. I also manage another house nearby that has a mix of housemates and Airbnb guests. Both are mini communities/“ashrams” based on yogic values, shared responsibility and conscious living!
At present, me, my dad, and a caregiver live at the house, along with 2 friendly dogs, and we have one bedroom that operates as an Airbnb guest room. My dad has Parkinson’s (but is still often fairly mobile on his own), and gets a visit from a PSW each morning, and we also have a few part-time caregivers that visit daily for shifts. I also help take care of dad.
Clean, quiet, and mature individual preferred, single occupancy. Quiet hours are about 10 pm - 7:45 am.
