Great central location a minute away from various restaurants and a 24hr needs, and a 5 minute walk from Sobeys and 10 minutes to superstore. You will share the common space with me and my old and kind dog Max.

There is a front and rear entrance to the apartment, a balcony out back, a parking space, and a shared basement for laundry and storage.

Rent is 800$ a month. Your approximate share of Internet is 40$/m, water 41$/m, electricity 40$-87$/m (depending on season). Heating will be included for this term.
