Kitchen and laundry on main floor. $700 per month includes water, cable, hydro, high speed internet, heat, garbage removal, laundry facilities, parking space, furniture.Owners live on main floor with friendly cat. As this is a shared space, it is not a first-come, first served situation. We would like to meet you and see if it’s a good fit. $400 damage deposit required plus two recent references. Sorry, but the room can’t accommodate pets. No smoking. Suitable for working professional in town part time or student.
