The room is big enough for 1 person and has a walk-in closet and sunlight is not an issue during daytime. There is a grocery store and a dollar store right across the street, the bus stop is a 5 minutes walk for university of Manitoba and downtown as well.

I’m 18 years old, currently studying at ICM 2nd semester of stage 1. I’m a really clean person and would love to make new friends although I’m an ambivert and usually will be doing my own things and would completely understand if personal space is a priority.
