Its a cozy den that is furnished with a twin bed and a large desk (no window but there’s a sky light right outside of the room). All utilities included! Street parking or guest parking is usually available. Shared kitchen and bathroom with all amenities and living spaces. Its 5 minutes walk to Tillicum mall, 2 minutes walk to the bus station, 26 minutes bus ride to UVIC, and 20 minutes to downtown. No smoking (including thirdhand).

I live in the other room and I’m a working professional who is often not home during the day. I like the shared space clean and organized, and I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s the same and responsible.
