Old Sambro Road

Looking to fill the second room in my apartment by the 1st of December. The living room is a very cozy place to hang out or study, and the bedroom is a relatively compact space, we also would share a kitchen, and the bathroom. I have to add that I LOVE the amount of natural light that makes its way in during the day, very refreshing. Situated near the Long Lake walking trail, it’s a quiet, scenic area just out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get where you’ve gotta be. No animals or smoking allowed inside of the unit.

I’m a 21 year old cis white Male working in retail management. I am easy to get along with, a very social person, and I have guests pretty frequently. I love to cook, I’m a little bit of a nerd, and I am a cannabis smoker. The building is mostly elderly people, the majority of whom are very sweet and agreeable, there are a couple exceptions to that fact but nothing that will cause disturbances or issues to your day-to-day life.
