This condo-style apartment is in close proximity to the Saint-Henri Station (about 7 minutes walk) and very close to numerous amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, parks and more.
The apartment was newly renovated about 2.5 years ago with in-unit AC, washer and dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher.
You must be able to provide proof of employment and a credit report.
PS: Since most of the furniture in the Salon won’t stay, it’s also a big plus if you have a couch/table, etc
