Spacious and luminous 7½ apartment in the Longue-Pointe Neighborhood, 2 stories, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. 10m walk from Langelier Metro and groceries store. Renovated about a year ago. Possible parking spot.

Roomie will have mostof the basement for themselves (laundry room is in the basement). Includes a spacious room, a small room, a walk-in closet, Storage space and bath/laundry room. Upper story has an open living room/kitchen area, study, 1 bedroom and a small bathroom.

Appliances already included, although can negotiate for moving in your own kitchen appliances if needed.

Animals not allowed, although cats may be negotiable. No smoking within the apartment.

I’m a professional work-at-home woman in her 30s, who games on her off times. Mostly introverted, I may not openly seek company, but am quite friendly overall. Although not fond of big parties and noisy events, I do occasionally invite friends over for social gatherings or for tabletop sessions. I also have a tendency to sing a lot as a hobby (no worries, I sing good according to friends and family) so if you think it might get on your nerves, this colocation might not be for you.

I am looking for someone responsible, that cleans after themselves, quite calm and can respect boundaries.
