I’m hoping to find someone who will keep things clean and be respectful. We’ll share the kitchen and living room, you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom.

I’m 35 and I’ve been living here for 4 years so far. My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take his place. I like to keep things clean, especially in the kitchen. Hoping to find someone that’s looking for a great place, who can communicate well.
