Located in St.Norbert, 10-minute walk to Coop grocery store, convenience store, 2-minute drive to gas station and 15-minute drive to UoM, 10-minute walk to main bus service. House was renovated in 2021 - kept very clean & tidy. Building very well maintained & secure. Area is quiet & peaceful. ✌️ Non-Smoking house.

I’m Easton. I’m 37 from Winnipeg and lived here all my life. I describe myself as easy-going, clean, understanding, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to play video games, build crafts, watche movies either alone or with others. I work during the day and have two playful cats who are home bodies. One of my favorite places to go in St.Norbert is the the Trappist Monastery. I’m a administrative clerk with the federal government and I work the normal 8AM-4PM schedule, Monday to Friday. I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where good people can come over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m down to get to know each other; I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

I have one roomie named Tesloach who is from South Sudan and he is really interested in current events, he likes watching the world news and is a music enthusiast. Creates his own music which he puts on his YouTube channel “ T-Square Official “ for family and friends to enjoy. He works during the day as well. His personality is laid back and friendly.
