About the room
Hey Folks,
I have recently purchased this 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom detached home with triple garage. I’m looking for one or two roommates to share the space with. There are 3 rooms to choose from (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) each of these rooms would have a bathroom right outside the hall that would be used exclusively by the renter. The rooms for rent (first 3 photos) are empty, but the photos are from the listing and have items in them in the photos due to that. Each room has closet with a custom sorter built in.
There is still a lot of room for furniture if you don’t want to sell anything you currently have!
The only utilities that I would look to split is internet. I generally have a higher speed internet for the work that I do, but we could agree on the speed that you need and then look to split that price!
