The building also has numerous perks: a gym, a pool, a coffee shop, an online health service, a movie screening room, and work/study spaces. There’s probably more I can’t even remember right now. It’s right next to campus, meaning it should be easy to get to class. It’s also right next to Kensington Market, meaning there are so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and thrift shops available in the area. Finally, it’s also right next to the streetcar stations on college and Spadina, which allow convenient access to queens park station and Spadina station.
