This room is located on the ground floor of a three-storey townhouse for maximum privacy. The kitchen and l will be shared with us. Additional parking in the complex is available via first come first serve and there is also street parking..
First and last is required to secure the room. A flat fee of $150 will be charged for all utilities. We are looking for someone who is looking to stay for at least 6 months.
No pets due to landlord allergy and no smokers (cigarettes or cannabis). You will be asked to leave if you’re found smoking on our property or if our house smells like weed/cigarettes.
