I have a lovely solarium with mountain and ocean view for rent. I live in an upcoming neighborhood. There are supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and transit nearby. It is 10 minutes to and from downtown/Gastown/Chinatown. The apartment has amenities like a gym and rooftop patio.

I’m a young female, full-time working professional. I am a very clean and organized person and would prefer someone who is also quiet, organized and clean. I love outdoors activities like hiking and biking.
