Main floor is the living room, kitchen and main entrance. Upstairs has the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I have furniture throughout the entire house, including the extra room but can have that removed/stored if you have your own furniture.

I have 1 female dog and 1 male cat. Im a clean, quiet, young professional with no kids and would prefer a roommate with no children as it would be harder to accommodate.
