1 room available in shared townhouse - 2 Bedroom, 3 level. Parking, heat, hydro and wifi. Looking for a female roommate. Basement has laundry, and plenty of storing space. Main floor is the living room, kitchen and main entrance. Upstairs has the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I have furniture throughout the entire house, including the extra room but can have that removed/stored if you have your own furniture.

I have 1 female dog and 1 male cat who loves to snuggle. Im a clean, quiet, young professional with no kids and would prefer a roommate with no children as it would be harder to accommodate. Im not home much during the day throughout the week, other then lunch time and evenings. I’ve been living here going on 4 years, therefor I need someone who is clean, reliable and trustworthy.
