I’m currently looking for a roommate to rent the second room of my condo. The building is a 2006 construction, well isolated in a very quiet area of Lachine. the room dimension is 9x13’. This is a fully furnished room with a double bed and 2 night stand. There is room to add a small desk.

The condo is very well maintained, everything needed, I like to keep things tidy and expect the same from a roommate.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook like a boss. I love cooking FYI !! I also have an high end Italian espresso machine and grinder which light up every morning weather it rains of shine :). The living room is pretty big. I have a 50“ tv connected to a PC which is nice to watch netflix, listen to music etc.

The dining room is also pretty spacious with a big wooden table for up to 6 person.

I’m a young adult 32yo, working in IT (homebased). I’m pretty extroverted, love being around people. I am into investing / financial freedom and also pretty active (Run, bike, ski & hockey).

I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe so pretty laid back easygoing to share the space with me and make it fun at the same time if possible.
