Victoria Drive

This is an older house with 5 separate units. The unit in question is a basement suite and cannot house anyone over 6ft tall as they’d hit their head. There is a full kitchen, a completely separate living room, 3 bedrooms, although one is a storage room at the moment. There is 1 bathroom with a tub and there is laundry on site that is loonie operated. There is a nice backyard and front yard and the neighbouring yard as well, same landlord, all neighbours know each other. Very tight community vibes. Since it’s a basement there is very limited natural light so there is a sun lamp that is included with the room. There is a window in the room you’d be renting, but it leads to no where and is kind of pointless. There are lots of lights in the house however to keep it cozy and bright when desired. The current roommate is leaving a bed mattress so if you need one there is one included. If you don’t then we can get rid of it. Also there is a small desk and computer chair included. Again those can go away if not needed.

1 female, 38, mixed race, Canadian. Works in film as a set dresser so works long hours and early mornings. Enjoys cooking, watching movies and tv, playing video games, gardening, painting and making jewelry out of clay and resin. Enjoys a nice wine or fine ale after a long days work. Also vapes after no smoking for 2 years. Enjoys quiet time and socializing. 1 male, 38, Irish living in Canada for 5 years. Works gig/labour work but has taken time off to tend to the new puppy while he gets trained. He enjoys drawings, watching podcasts, being outdoors and tending to his plants. He is very positive and loves a good chat and jokes, very personable. Then there is Marlo the puppy, he is currently 10 months old and is completely house broken. He enjoys playing with his toys, long walks and just being an all around great dog. He is a small breed as well, about 12lbs and won’t get any bigger. We’d love someone who doesn’t mind taking him for walks if either of us are working and they are home.
