Hydro, electricity and wifi are included for 1600cad for 2 months. You will be signing a contract with me and a roommate agreement with the other current tenant that is also living in the basement. The place is located at Broadview Ave, close to amenities, easy access to Downtown, laundry are not included but coin laundry is only few steps away.
