Avenue Du Parc-La Fontaine

My roommate, Elise and I, have a room available in our 5 1/2 apartment on Av. du Parc-Lafontaine with the park right across the street from our front door! A few steps away from the 24 bus and an 8 minute walk from Sherbrooke metro. The room available is unfurnished, has a nice sized closet, and 2 windows :)

The apartment is on the ground floor and we have a very large private backyard. As for the rest of the apartment it is furnished but would love to decorate and have any furniture you might have as well! The place comes with in-unit laundry as well as a dishwasher entry (no dishwasher atm though). We care a lot about having a respectful and comfortable space that we can all call home :)

You would be rooming with Grace (she/her) who works as a server at a bar in the Plateau and Elise (she/her) who is an international student from France studying psychology at UdeM and works as a Barista at a café. We have a wonderful cat named Stevie, she’s 1 year old and super loving and playful. We are both in and out of the house quite often with our different work/school schedules but we love thrifting, going to concerts in the city, watching movies, knitting and crocheting and important to note, are very 4/20 FRIENDLY. We also both share a love for music !
