looking for a SINGLE person only, no couples. separate entrance, plus access to washer and dryer. bedroom with closet, full kitchen separate from other tenants (stove sink fridge storage), your own bathroom/ensuite with shower. you pay utilities which is hydro and electric, a screenshot of the usage is sent in our chat group every month. your apportionment is 1/4th of the total usage. there is a driveway attached to the townhouse but if you wish to use it there will be a cost separate agreement made for the parking. also located right beside a gorgeous huge park! great for small pets

hi! so we’re a group of mid-to-late 20s sharing a townhouse. our house has many bedrooms and bathrooms and an upstairs kitchen, so your space (including your own private kitchen and bathroom) are entirely separate from us. we prefer living with someone who is single, gender doesnt matter. there are both men and women living here, we are lgbt+. if you are someone who spends a lot of time alone in your room we wont bother you, but we do sometimes watch movies together in the living room and youd be welcome to join us at your leisure. it would be great if we could have a friendly relationship, we arent the type to knock on your door without texting first.
