The suite has a large open living room/dining room area (carpeted), one bathroom, a shared kitchen, and large covered back patio. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and the bathroom has a shower + tub. The house is on a quiet street corner, so we have great privacy and nice views out the windows. The room itself is on the small side, but has a large north-east facing window, and a good sized closet. Furnished with a comfortable bed and small dresser. Laminate flooring in the bedroom. Available Dec 1/Dec 15 or Jan 1 Preference will be for people already located in Vancouver and can come see the room and meet in person. (no smoking, no pets, no parties)

Looking for someone quiet, tidy, mature and respectful who works out of the house full time or is a full time on-campus student.

I am a self-employed professional woman in my early 40’s. I work from home and like to cook meals at home. I am a vegetarian and I have chemical sensitivities, so the house needs to remain low fragrance and using natural products for cleaning etc. My hobbies include yoga, reading, and live music.
