We are looking to rent two rooms in our home. One main level room has a ceiling fan and large closet for $800 and one basement bedroom is $650. There are 2 tenants currently living at the house and 2 in the barn. One main floor tenant is in Lunenburg all week working and home on weekends. The owner lives on the main level and is often at work/gigs. No couples, children or furry pets are permitted. We do have some furniture available if needed.

Tenants must not be woke/left politically. None of the current tenants are vaccinated for Covid-19. We host group yoga once a week Thursday nights 8-12PM(ish) and potentially 2-4 larger parties per year in the barn on the property on Saturdays.

Included: Internet, heat, electricity, parking for 1 vehicle, closet, laundry, and tanning bed. There are two shared living rooms, a deck, lawn, bbq, fire pits, kitchen, dining room, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath. We live across from the Salt Marsh Trail + Rainbow Haven Beach. Most amenities are 5min away. We are not on a bus route and it’s about a 20min walk to a bus stop.

Typically quiet professionals who work most of the time and have bomb barn parties once in a while.
