Bright and beautiful master bedroom in the SE, quiet and safe neighborhood close to parks, sport courts, trails, stores and hospital; if required parking is at the front door and public transit is around the corner; room has ensuite private bathroom and walk in closet, fully furnished with queen bed and dresser/mirror, everything super clean and ready just to move in (bunk beds can be replaced by a desk). All utilities and shared areas included (w/internet); no smoking or parties allowed. Rent on monthly basis. Groceries can be added if discussed.

We are a small friendly family of three living in Calgary with Christian values and very respectful of others; we work/study full time on weekdays.
