Bright and beautiful master bedroom in the SE, quiet and safe neighborhood close to parks, sport courts, trails, stores and hospital; if required parking is at the front door and public transit is around the corner; room has ensuite private bathroom and walk in closet, fully furnished with queen bed and dresser/mirror, everything super clean (bunkbeds can be removed or replaced by a desk). All utilities and shared areas included (internet & central AC too); no smoking or parties allowed. Rent on monthly basis.

Commute to Downton in peak hrs. is 50 min. on express bus (it takes about 40 to 60 minutes from anywhere around the City unless you live right in downtown which is not the safest neither the cheaper location in my opinion). At home there is a bus stop across the street, and if need it, there is a plenty of parking space on the street right on front of the main door.

We are a small friendly family of three living in Calgary with Christian values and very respectful of others; we work/study full time on weekdays.
