About the room
Winter sublet for 1 room (Jan-Apr) furnished with bed and desk. The apartment is 4 bed 2 bath with 2 fridges and a large living room/kitchen. Walk-up with key access only. The rooms are a good size (fits a double bed, desk, dresser, and full-length mirror comfortably). Wifi and all utilities are included in the rent. Parking is be available. Not a pet-friendly building.
About the roomies
We are all friends that are currently in our fifth year at UW. We like to hang out at home and go out on weekends. We’re looking for 1 more roommate (female only) to sign for the winter sublet room at our current apartment. We’re friendly, chill, and clean. Smoking and drinking is okay. We spend most of the week studying and doing school so we’re looking for like-minded people. Room is also available for Jan-Aug if preferred.
