Room for rent in shared living condition

One furnished room available for single person. 1 bedroom. Available April 1st 2024. Full bathroom is directly across from the room. Long term prefered. 6 month lease minimum. Room has a double bed, closet, large dresser filing cabinet with keys and compact refrigerator. Furniture being added or removed isnt a problem. We have two fridges in the kitchen so lots of space. Utilities included (wifi, electricity, water, heat). No cable or phone. Washer and dryer is shared in unit. Top floor corner unit which means almost zero noise from neighbors. No smoking in building or on balconies.

What we are looking for is a quiet full time working professional or student. No parties, no gatherings. No illegal drugs and no smoking. No excessive legal drug use. Must be considerate and clean. We have a young child so finding someone who fits in with a family environment is critical.

Located on Second Avenue and Young. Close to all amenities. Grocery stores, banks, bus stops, restaurants, pubs and a rec center.

References please. Professional and past landlords prefered.

TV, games ect. We have two pet rats that live in a big cage in the living room. They are litter trained and the cage is cleaned frequently. We also have a small sweet old dog. No more room for pets unfortunately.
