About the room
Located right by 17th Ave and Victoria Park Train station, lots of great restaurants right at your doorstep and an anytime fitness is just gym across the street, this apartment is a two bedroom two bath with the master bedroom having the ensuite. I’m renting out the master so lots of privacy. There is a laundry room/storage closet in the apartment as well for any bikes or any larger items you may need to store. The apartment is attached to the communal garden and it’s beautiful in the summers. So great for being friends over to have a barbecue or a get-together outside! All the utilities are included with rent. Underground parking available as well.
About the roomies
I am currently working full time at a sports facility in the early mornings. I love to garden in the courtyard in my spare time or just relax and workout after work. I am a pretty laid back person. Feel free to ask more!
