[Only looking for female flatmate]

Located right in the heart of downtown Halifax, within walking distance to the central business district and near the waterfront, and very close to all amenities. This is a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment, with in suite laundry and gym in the building. The available room is for single occupancy only, sharing the apartment with a female working professional. The building does not allow dogs and the flatmate is allergic to cats so unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated. Due to my relocation out of the province, this is a lease takeover for rent until Aug 2023. Virtual showing can be arranged as well if you are not able to visit in person. This could be a furnished room if the person would like to buy the furniture from me, and if the person prefer to get her own furniture or already has her own, that’s fine too.

She is a working professional in her 20s. having moved to Halifax from Vancouver since Sept 2022. She would not be at home during the days on weekday due to work, and she’s very passionate about her work and volunteering events. She’s more comfortable sharing the apartment with females so only female applicants will be considered
