Guthrie Drive

Nice neighborhood just south of the 401 off of Montreal Street. 15min drive to St Lawrence and 12 min to Queen’s University. Currently a shared living space with myself and 3 roommates. I work as a commercial pilot and the others are international students. I’ve been living in the basement suite which is a nicely sized bedroom w/private bathroom. I plan on moving out in Mid-February to find work in a different city. The room will include a Queen sized bed, dressers, desk, and couch. Any items can be removed if need be. Utilities add up to approx $50/mo.
