Joyce Street

This is a brand new building which was build at the end of 2021. It is right next to Joyce Station, 15 min to Downtown. Close to Central Park. We have access to the 30th floor with gym, music room, study rooms, garden roof, lounge and recreation room.

My husband, our two daughters (26 months+6 months) and our male roommate are looking for one more female/male to join us. You would be sharing the bathroom just with one person and have your own sink. We are respectful, friendly, open-minded and very clean group. We help each other out if needed!
