House Info: $1,100/month, month to month rent, 30 days notice from either party to terminate • Private upstairs bedroom with Queen bed & mattress, side table, chest of drawers and closet o Room for a small/medium desk in bedroom if you need to add one • Exclusive use of basement washroom with shower, will be your own space o (can use upstairs toilet when needed of course!) • Rent includes water, electric, cable(main and basement only), internet etc as well as parking spot if needed o Also it is right on the 44N Mississauga bus line, about 15 steps from front door • Shared use of kitchen (gas stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave) o You’re welcome to put a mini fridge in your room or basement if you prefer separate food storage
