I would prefer a working man or 50+ woman -Close to all amenities, the cafe, thrift store, bus and only about 25 mins to Trail or 10 mins to mall, walmart, can tire and hardware store area. 15 mins to Salmo ski hill 1o to the Bombi turn off to Castlegar. 5 min walk to downtown Fruitvale with grocery, gas etc.

you have own entrance and parking - sunny private yard There is a big green house and a creek nearby -fenced yard to keep bears and deer out and my small dog and tortoise in. 800 month includes utils w/d , wifi Not everything in the photos is included- but bed table chairs, shelves couch and half-kitchenette is - I cleared walls a bit since this- was my productions studio/office/guestroom.
