I would prefer a working man or woman 50+ (some flex on age)-located close to all Fruitvale amenities, the thrift store, bus stop and only about 15 mins to Trail or 10 mins to mall, wallmart, can tire and hardware store area. 15 mins to Salmo ski hill 1o to the Bombi turn off to Castlegar. 5 min walk to downtown Fruitvale with grocery, gas etc.

• sunny private yard. There is a big green house and a creek nearby -fenced yard. $800 month includes utils w/d , wifi- sorry no tv here Room is furnished with small table, plants and bedding (optional) & big closet- quiet place with small quiet pets like birds, fish, bunnies and a senior sm dog who mostly sleeps . I will be in the open connected basement space where my art studio is but my office is upstairs where I study- sorry no room for anymore pets. I am a peace based,58, low footprint person and would require the same calm unity spirit. This an oasis where many things grow. Available at least until May 1st. I may have someone coming to live here then but not confirmed and this could change to be longer.
