• Clean up after yourself in the common areas and keep your spaces clean.
• Help with snow clearing if parking on driveway.

• No animals
• Limited amount of guests and parties, parties to be negotiated with roommates.

I’m a 36 year old tech professional. I’m generally pretty easygoing. U tend to sleep late and I mostly work from the office these days. Outside of work, a lot of my activities revolve around arts and sports.
