I am currently living with a roommate but I, unfortunately, am deciding to leave Canada as a whole, and I am looking for someone to transfer MY PART OF THE lease starting from the month of January. A promotion is available where you get the last month free (basically only paying for 7 months, $1350 PER MONTH)! Privacy will be well respected!

The unit is 1125 sqft and the rent includes all appliances (washing and drying machine, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), some furniture (full living room, dinner table, some curtains), all utilities except wifi (electricity, heating, air conditioning, hot water) and access to amenities (pool, gym, study room, terraces, and laundry room).

The location of the apartment is located in downtown Montreal, a 5-7 minute walk to Concordia’s SGW campus and guy-Concordia station.
