I’m looking share the two-bedroom condo I am renting. The room available is the guest bedroom, fully furnished with a more feminine theme. The property is cat friendly, however, I already have two cats and don’t want to add anymore animals. The bathroom, kitchen, and living areas are shared spaces. The unit is directly across from the Elmvale plaza, which offers a major bus stop right outside and easy access to groceries, home hardware, LCBO, beer store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The unit is absolutely no-smoking inside, prefer non-smoking roommate, but 420 friendly (outside). No extra parking available but there are 5 visitor spots and typically at least one is also free.

I work full time overnights, every other Saturday, every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I also work during the day Monday through Friday. My work schedule means I need quiet time to sleep from 4p to 10p Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Outside of working or sleeping I am a quiet person who enjoys her cats, plants, and friends/family (but I typically keep my space private and don’t often have people over). I am clean, organized, and conscientious, and require the same from a roommate. I rarely find myself with more than one day off in a row, but if I do, I like to sleep in, watch Netflix, do outdoor activities (fishing, hiking, camping), or tend to my plants.
