Large room with balcony on the second floor of a semi-detached house in the Glebe. The room has a nice big window, a good sized closet, and tons of space for bed, desk, and more. The balcony is also lovely!! The house is minutes away from Carleton University, Dow’s Lake & the Arboretum, and Bank street. Right by the 10 bus stop going downtown or to Billings Bridge. Rent is $600 plus utilities, which range from super cheap in the summer to around $100 at their priciest in the winter.

A mixed group of students and young professionals, mostly artists! We’re friendly, quiet, and we like to do roommate activities together when we can. We’re all clean people who value personal space and are respectful of each other’s roommate needs :) Also very queer friendly space!
