January-March Sublease in North Vancouver

I am moving out of the country and am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom + den apartment for the months of January-March (with the possibility of April). Female preferred, may be pet friendly depending on the animal as you would be sharing the space with my current roommate and her dog. Rent for the room is $1,200 a month.

The location is in Lower Lonsdale, less than a 15 minute walk to the Lonsdale Quay with gorgeous views of Vancouver from the balcony. There are multiple bars within a few blocks and tons of great restaurants in the neighbourhood. The available room is the master bedroom with a walk in closet, it connects into the bathroom and the den area. In unit laundry and a dishwasher as well!!

My current roommate is clean, considerate, and communicative - it is important to me that whoever comes into the space is as well. Sarah works in childcare and has a gorgeous, really well behaved dog named Cali! They love walks around Lynn Valley and quiet evenings in the apartment.
