I have a private room available from mid January. The rent is $1400 utilities included. I am looking for a long-term female roommate who can keep the common areas clean.

About the apartment: Its a 2 bedroom spacious apartment in a beautiful well managed building. Dishwasher included and laundry is on the site. You will be sharing the apartment with only me. Shoppers drug mart, loblaws and Dollarama are all within 5 minutes from the location. St clair west subway station is 10 mins walking.
