The one bedroom to be rented has its own private bathroom with bathtub/shower and a spacious walk-in closet. plus 1 accessible on the main floor. Shared Living Room/Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry, and Basement in the house which is very spacious with light exercise equipment (a punching bag, pull up/ dip machine, weights) Items in room will be emptied before move-in, furniture will still be left in the room if needed (dresser, desk, bed) Parking spot right out the door if you have a vehicle. Block heater for winter as well. If bus is the use for transportation located about a 2 minute walk to the bus stop Route 677 that goes to the Winnipeg Outlet Mall or Beaumont bus station (less than 5mins away). Map seems a bit off, located at the edge of the quiet friendly community Linden Woods, great for walks and bike rides. Rent will include utilities, WIFI, cable. We like to share food at no extra charge.

Looking for a responsible, clean individual that communicates well, that is respectful to other’s property. This is not cannabis friendly, not smoking friendly, and no parties. Also, sorry this is not cat friendly. If you have a dog, we can discuss. More info if a candidate is seen.
