Renting out a private room in a luxury condo in the heart of Midtown Toronto (Yonge and Eglinton) on the 56th floor (out of 58!), less than 5 min walk to Metro, Farm Boy and Loblaws with lots good eats and entertainment nearby. The condo is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with an en suite washer and dryer and furnished common space. Utilities will be split equally (internet is included). Condo has southern exposure so there’s a lot of natural sunlight as well.

The room is unfurnished and the roomie will have a private bathroom and access to all condo amenities included. (gym, indoor pool, terrace, yoga room, party room, etc) Steps away from the TTC (2 min walk) and a super short commute to downtown (usually less than 20mins for me during rush).

Deposit required is $200 security as well as first & last month rent.
