I’m looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my suite for July 1st! Super close to downtown Langford, Colwood and bus routes, commuting is easy. One private bedroom available, $1,000/month with all utilities, including very fast internet, are included! Large shared living room and kitchen with full-size dishwasher, and air fryer. Full in suite laundry is included as well! There is a large TV in the living room connected to an xBox - multiple streaming services are available as well as gaming! There is also a brand new couch with a pullout bed as well. Spacious shower/bath in single bathroom - room has gotten a new vanity since the photo was taken. Room fits a queen bed nicely and has a large closet.

I’m Katrina! I’m 32 and I work full time. I have two lovely little bunnies that primarily live in my bedroom but may on occasion be hopping around the house with supervision. I tend to be fairly quiet and I usually will just stick to my room, but can also be found in the living room browsing the TV or maintaining my fish tank.
