Looking for a responsible and clean roommate. Great area in Murrayville (langley). You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom (tub/shower). All utilities are included ( laundry,internet ect). House is newly renovated. Has gas fireplace and fully fenced backyard with gazebo. No pets allowed. It’s the upstairs of the house about 1200 square feet. Has shared kitchen and living room and family room both with TV’s. Laundry room is downstairs.
