The building is on Jarvis and Dundas St. It is close to Tim’s, Starbucks, Convenience store, TMU campus, and a Metro supermarket. Building has a gym. The room itself has spaces to hang your clothes and drawers to put stuff in. There is a closet on the left side, right outside of the room, as well as drawers and hangers on both side inside as well. The room is about 6.25sqm (about 68 sqft). The new contract will start from March 1st.
