My own bedroom is more like an apartment so I’m not in the other spaces much. Coin laundry in building, street parking. The location is within 1 minutes walk to everything you need- bus to UBC, Beach, Grocery stores, convenience store, doctor, restaurants, pubs, cafes, pool. $1700, furnished if you need. 2 gentle natured cats, 1 single mama and 7y old. We have a separate little wing of the apartment with a section of the balcony so it’s a great layout to share while maintaining adequate privacy…this is a large apartment, a must-see! We are not directly overhead and yet the available unit is downstairs on a separate floor with a private bedroom and private bathroom
