About the room
We are looking for 1 roommate. We have a bedroom available on the top floor of our clean and quiet house. There is a freshly renovated bathroom on your floor for you to use. You will share the bathroom with Rue (April), her bedroom is across the hall from you.
I live on the floor below you. The Kitchen and laundry are shared among all of us.
Preference is for female roommates.
Our house is located in the North End and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants at the Hydrostone market and just a 10 minute drive to the waterfront in downtown Halifax. All utilities are included and parking is available as well.
About the roomies
I am an Engineer and April is a graphic designer. We are both very quiet and clean and are looking for someone who is as well. We are both hard working and tend to be in bed around 10pm and up around 6am so there would be some noise when we are getting ready for work in the mornings.
