The HUGE bedroom (14’ by 12’) is located on the lower floor with it’s own PRIVATE ensuite bathroom and huge shared rec room. There will be two other rooms on the main floor.

Kitchen on the main floor will be shared by all 3 or 4 parties.

The living area on the main floor will be furnished with a couch and TV. Lower level rent is $1200. All appliances, utilities and internet are included! Willing to rent out the whole basement for $1600 so the rec room will not be shared.

Smoking is not permitted indoors - outside is okay. Pets are allowed depending on certain aspects.
