A fully furnished and spacious place with one unfurnished private room (next to living room) available in a two bedroom apartment. $1,400 (including utilities) single person.

Room is available for one or two people. February 1st move in date.

The bedroom has an amazing mountain view on the 19th floor. Flat screen tv with Netflix is included. There are two fridges in the suite for comfortable accommodation. Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi and Sauna available (no extra cost). Laundromat in building (P1). Walking distance to Central Park & Metropolis. 6 minute walk to skytrain. Building is along Kingsway street.

Optional underground parking $50/month, or free street parking along Grange and the crossing avenues.

We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is respectful, and doesn’t smoke.
