A private room in the upstairs of a recently-renovated semi-detached with a fenced-in backyard, front yard, and space for parking. Located less than half an hour by public transit to Conestoga College (Downtown campus), it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Five minute, or less drive to many amenities including malls, public library, recreation complex, grocery store, and much more.

Looking for quiet, decently clean and responsible people (preferably males), students and professionals welcome! Due to medical conditions and other preferences, this will be a pet-free, smoke (of any kind)-free, drug-free, alcohol-responsible household. Privacy would be respected, and expected. We will respectfully work through and discuss any learning experiences that we encounter as independent adults learning to live in a new dynamic. Priority in finding a good fit. Christian roommates preferred.
