Furnished bedroom w/private bathroom and In-suite laundry. Utilities included. The location is great, 2 min from the ocean (15min walk from kits or Jericho beach). Bus stations just by the door or across the street, to UBC or downtown. Lot’s of bars and cafes and restaurants around.

I’m currently living with my two cats and my boyfriend visits over the weekends.
I’m an engineer and work from the office, so I’m not home during the day, but only the evenings. I’m very easygoing and enjoy conversations, but I do need my privacy as well. Looking for a clean, friendly and responsible roommate, preferably a working professional or a student. Absolutely no smoking (any kind) inside the unit.
